HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!! I am so excited about being on this tour, and on this date and for this book!!! Because I have come up with the most amazing idea for a post ever!!! In honor of Elixir day, I have come up with elixirs for the series!!! Color coordinated, halloween themed amazing drinks to keep you company while you are swooning over Seth & Aiden!!!

Daimon 
Beaker Punch

Fill beaker with bright green punch and 1oz Smirnoff No. 21 vodka for a spooky treat!


Black Cat Cocktail

1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Vodka
3 oz Lemon Lime Soda
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 ox Fresh squeezed lime juice
Lime twist for garnish

Directions
Fill shaker halfway with ice
Add curacao, vodka and lime juice.
Add soda and stir.
Pour cranberry juice into tall glass
Over the back of a spoon, gently strain the mixed ingredients over the cranberry juice, be careful not to completely mix to two for presentation
Serve with a cocktail stirrer and a lime twist for garnish. 

Pure 
Eyeball Blue Brew

To make the cocktail:
Ingredients
For the drink:
4 oz white grapefruit juice
3/4 oz lychee liqueur
1-1/4 oz blue curacao
Ice

Fill a shaker most of the way up with ice.
Add the ingredients and stir gently (you don’t want to “bruise” the alcohol by shaking this one).
Pour into a  martini glass.
Garnish with an eyeball.

To make the eyeballs:
For the eyeball garnish:
Canned lychee fruit
Blueberries
Strawberry or raspberry preserve
Tooth pick

Dry lychee and fill cavity with red preserves.
Insert blueberry.
Spear with a toothpick.
Make several for fun display while you mix the cocktail.

Deity 
Bleeding Heart

Ingredients
2 ounces dry vermouth
8 ounces premium gin
Ice cubes
Pickled Baby Beets, each placed on a cocktail skewer

Directions
Chill 4 martini glasses in the freezer or fill with ice water and let sit until frosty, about 5 minutes (pour out water). Add the vermouth, dividing evenly; swirl to coat the glasses, then pour out. Add gin to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled; divide among chilled glasses. Garnish each with a skewered pickled baby beet, and serve immediately.

Elixir 
Haunted Dirty Martini



A dirty martini with a Halloween twist. 
Recipe: 
1.5 oz SMIRNOFF NO. 21® Vodka 
1 splash Olive Juice. In a shaker with ice
Add SMIRNOFF® No.21 Vodka and olive juice. 
Shake and strain into a martini glass. 
Garnish with olive and mini skeleton.

Apollyon 
Kissed Creamy Caramel

Smirnoff Kissed Creamy Caramel. 
Recipe: 
1.5 oz SMIRNOFF® Kissed Caramel Flavored Vodka
0.5 oz of butterscotch liquor. 
Shake all ingredients with ice. 
Shake and pour into a martini glass. Drizzle with caramel before pouring.

Sentinel 
Black Lagoon Cocktail


4 ounces vodka
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions
Combine vodka, syrup, and juice in a cocktail shaker, stir to combine. Add seltzer, and divide between two glasses filled with licorice ice cubes. Serve immediately.

COOK'S NOTE

This drink is clear when first poured, but starts to darken as the black ice cubes melt. To make serving multiple cocktails easier, multiply and mix the vodka, syrup, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve up to 3 hours. Pour mixture into glasses over licorice ice cubes, then top with seltzer.
