The Crimson Hunt by Victoria Smith Blog Tour: Luca Interview & Giveaway

by Victoria H. Smith
College junior Ariel Richmond is working on year three of Project Normalcy.

Her house reeks of keggers past and her bestie is just a slight bit vulgar. But the thing is—they both aid in making life refreshingly uneventful.
So much for hard-earned mediocrity when Luca Grinaldi appears on the scene.

Luca’s sudden presence on campus is hard to ignore. Those bright eyes act like a beacon to unsuspecting females, and with features like his, he’s got to be moonlighting for GQ. Luca hopelessly captivates Ariel with his confidence and charisma, but the mysteries surrounding him make him nearly untouchable. And just when Ariel grows close enough to unlock his secrets, a tragic event sends her life in a downward spiral.

That steady life is no longer an option and allies quickly become scarce. The mysterious Luca seems to be the only one willing to help her—but with that trust comes the burden of his secrets. He has a dark mission of otherworldly proportions, and is willing to sacrifice as many lives as it takes to see it completed.

Gone are the days of simply maintaining normalcy, and if Ariel isn’t cautious with her trust, so soon may be her future.
So I am super excited to bring you Luca today! He is charming, dreamy and everything you want in a super sexy hero!!! I hope you will all enjoy this interview, it's rather exciting!!! So here we go!!

Tara: Hey sweetness, how are you doing today??
Luca: Good afternoon, Ms. Turner. I am doing quite well. Especially since I get to spend this beautiful day with you.

Tara: Awe shucks! You made me blush. I'm so ready to grill you! So let’s get started. Please butter yourself up and hop on my grill.
Luca: *gives Tara a quant smile for her cheekiness*

Tara: Hehe just kidding, maybe…
I hear that you are the outdoors type, what about it draws you to the outdoors? And what is your favorite activity?
Luca: There is just so much I enjoy about spending my time in nature. I suppose the environment reminds me of better days, a time when life was simpler for me. When I lived in Italy as a child there was a lake by my home. I found myself spending lots of my time there, breathing in the air and the world around me. At night was the most enjoyable. Looking into the onyx night filled with stars allowed me to really see the beauty of the world and what stretches far beyond it. Our environment really can speak to us if we listen. These days, I enjoy running. I tend to stay in more remote areas for this. Just more peaceful that way.

Tara: So Mr. Tall, Dark & Mysterious, tell me, why so tight lipped?? I'll bet you have a sexy voice, why not let us ladies hear it more?
Luca: *smiles faintly* I believe our words tell so much about ourselves, but our actions can show quite more. Actions can display who we are far beneath the surface. Besides, I am sure you would find me quite boring if I were to speak all day, Ms. Turner.

Tara: Oh I don't know about that.  There is something enjoyable about listen to a mans voice all day.
Tell me, what is something that tickles your fancy?
Luca: As dull as this may sound, I do enjoy learning. I could spend hours in a library obtaining new knowledge. I believe understanding the world around us can helps us expand who we are as individuals.

Tara: You know, you are lucky, out of all the bloggers in the world, you picked the one that loves to learn also! You put on the History Channel and I'm hooked!
Describe yourself in 3 words.
Luca: Professional, logical, and curious.

Tara: Describe the perfect day. Who would you be with and what would you do?
Luca: A perfect day for me would be spent far outside of the city, away from all the restrictions that surround me in everyday life. It could be as simple as a walk or a drive. If I spent that time with someone else, I would like it to be with a girl I just met in school. Her name is Ariel. If she would have me of course.

Tara: If you could have one wish, no questions, what would it be and why?
Luca: Freedom. In so many ways.

Tara: What is something that baffles you?
Luca: People. Though they more so fascinate me than baffle me. There are just so many different types, and even more to learn and understand about them.

Randomness:
Red vines or twizlers? I am ashamed to say I have not had either. Whichever one is sweeter I suppose. I enjoy sweet things, Ms. Turner. *smiles at Tara* (The correct answer (yes there is a correct answer to this,) would be Red Vines!!!! Come to a movie with me some time and you will see!)
Coke or Pepsi? These both taste quite similar to me. I have no preference. I find I like them both.
City, Beach or Mountains? Mountains.
Burger or steak? Steak.
Day or night? Night.
Would you please get naked? *smiles with a bit of shyness*
Brown, Green or Blue eyes? I find myself fancying the color blue more and more these days.
Blonde, Brunette or Red Head? I believe these are all equally beautiful.
Favorite Place? Home.
Cat or Dog? I enjoy them equally.
Coffee or Tea? Tea.
Snow or rain? Rain.
Soda or Juice? Juice.
Twitter or Facebook? Though I find myself not spending much time on either—because of obligations at school of course—I would say Twitter.
Ghost or Zombies? Ghosts.

And lastly, my favorite way to finish my interviews, can I get a kiss from ya??
*Grins at Tara*
Of course.
*Gives a slow kiss of her hand while holding direct eye contact. Releases her hand even slower.*

Ever the gentleman aren't you! My that was lovely! Thank you Luca, it is a real pleasure to have you here.
